At “Breath with Taya”, we are proposing a diverse choice of top-notch  techniques to help you achieve your objectives. Breathwork has been proven to help in so many ways.

Our group classes are tailored to help you, with the following effects:

We are soon opening group sessions for children but at the moment you must be at least 18 years old to participate in either our group or one-on-one sessions.
